A group of Kayakers lead by former Wales captain Paul Thorburn are well into their challenge paddling from North Wales to the Gower for charity.
It is 270 miles spread over nine days.
The 14 paddlers set off from the Menai Strait bright and early on Saturday morning and this evening have made it to Barmouth in Gwynedd.
