Labour Party leader Ed Miliband praised First Minister Carwyn Jones at the party conference's Welsh Night on Sunday.
"If you want to know the difference you can make in government, just look at the brilliant job Carwyn is doing" he told members.
"Just take this issue of Jobs Growth Wales, and what Jobs Growth Wales is doing for our young people".
"What Carwyn is showing is you can put young people back to work if you have the political will and you're willing to fight for them".
The First Minister has addressed the Labour party's annual conference in Brighton this afternoon.
He said: "We're building a Wales that's a living, breathing example of what Labour values can achieve."
Welsh Labour members have been told that the cost of living will be the single biggest issue in the next UK election. The message came from at the party's conference in Brighton.
