Detectives investigating an armed robbery at a bookmakers in Grangetown, Cardiff, have released CCTV images of the two suspects.

Two people entered the Coral Bookmakers at around 9pm on Saturday and demanded money from two female members of staff.

The pair, both armed with kitchen-type knives, stole around £100.

One of the suspects is described as female, of mixed race appearance, spoke with a Cardiff accent and was around 5ft 1in tall, slim, wearing a red long-sleeved top and black woollen balaclava.

The second suspect is described as white male, who also spoke with a Cardiff accent, 6ft tall, and was wearing a blue hooded top and flesh coloured mask.
