Work is underway to install flood barriers in St Asaph following catastrophic flooding there in November 2012.
One woman died and hundreds were left homeless when the River Elwy burst its banks. And as Ian Lang reports, people living there say they won't have peace of mind until a permanent solution is found.
Natural Resources Wales will today start work to improve flood defences in St Asaph.
It'll mean temporary barriers can be installed when there's potential flooding.
In November 2012 one person died after 400 homes were inundated.
