John Hefin's family pay tribute to him
John Hefin's family said he died at home in Borth this morning. He's been suffering with cancer for some time.
– John Hefin's familyThroughout his life, John had so much pleasure working in the world of television, film and the media. As a producer and director, he was proud of the chance to work alongside to much talent in Wales - both on and off screen. He spent a large part of his life educating and inspiring others - something that pleased him immensely.
His loss will be greatly felt - especially among his family - Elin, his children Dylan, Lowri and Meg and his brother Geraint, as well as with his many friends throughout Wales.
