Gareth Montgomery-Johnson and Nicholas Davies-Jones have been handed to the Libyan Government after being detained for 3 weeks by Swehli militia. They were accused of spying after initially being held captive for illegal entry into Libya.
On Tuesday (March 13) a video was released of the journalists stating that they were being treated well and that they would like to apologise to the Libyan authorities after entering the country illegally.
