Firefighters are tackling a fire at a house in Llandysul, Ceredigion.
Mid and West Fire and Rescue Service were called to the property in Maes y Meillion at around 9.00am this morning.
Crews from Llandysul and Newquay are attending the fire.
The cause is not yet known, and there are not thought to be any injuries.
Dyfed Powys Police saya 59 year-old man has been charged with the murder of Patricia Durrant in Llandysul. Her body was found on Monday 3rd March 2014. The man is due to appear in Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Friday.

An inquest is due to open in Aberystwyth on Friday. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.

A Ceredigion farmer who was attacked by a stag has died in hospital.
Kenneth Price, 75, was attacked on his Mountain Hall farm at Saron, Llandysul, last Wednesday.
The Wales Air Ambulance crew performed surgery at the scene, and Mr Price was then airlifted to Morriston Hospital in Swansea in a critical condition, with multiple serious injuries.
An investigation into Mr Price's death will be formally opened by the local coroner.
The Health and Safety Executive said it was aware of the incident and was making initial inquiries.
