Pedestrian dies in Neath Port Talbot collision
A 52-year-old female pedestrian has died after a collision in Margam, Neath Port Talbot.
The accident happened at about 6.20pm yesterday and involved a Black Mitsubishi pick up vehicle which was being driven along the A48 Margam road, near to its junction with Cefn Ffynnon.
The woman was taken to hospital but she died from her injuries.Her family are being supported by trained Family liaison officers.
South Wales Police are appealing for information from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and who saw the crash or the driving of the black Mitsubishi prior to the incident to contact them at the Western Roads Policing Office at Lakeside Swansea on 01792 456999 ext 88-331.

Crews tackle fire in Margam
Around 20 firefighters are attending a fire at an industrial unit on the Kenfig Industrial Estate in Margam.
Four appliances, two from Port Talbot, one from Kenfig Hill and one from Porthcawl are at the scene
They were called out just before five o'clock this morning.
There are no reports of any injuries.
