A statue has ben unveiled in Milford Haven in memory of those who've worked -- and in some cases died - in the area's energy industry. Among those being remembered are three local men and a woman who lost their lives in an explosion at the giant Pembroke refinery two years ago.
A sculpture has been unveiled at Milford Haven commemorating those who have lost their lives in the oil industry. The memorial was donated by oil giant Chevron and unveiled by the First Minister.
Chevron operated the Pembroke Refinery, now run by Valero, when four workers were killed in an explosion at the site on June 2nd 2011.
The owners of a cargo ship which ran aground in rough seas near Colwyn Bay hope to remove around 35 tonnes of fuel from the stricken vessel over the next few days. Work started last night to remove the oil.
Both sides of the A55 nearby have now re-opened.
