Apprentices from Carmarthenshire say they hope to make a big difference in Uganda as they set about building a mill for over 30 widowed farmers.
It is hoped the building will allow the farmers to make the most of their crops.
Owain Phillips visited Uganda and here's the second of his reports.

First Minister Carwyn Jones says Wales is committed to helping Uganda for the long term following his visit to the country.
Nearly a million pounds is spent on the Wales for Africa programme, which supports Welsh aid.
The First Minister insists it is justified, as both Uganda and Wales benefit from the link-up.

Ponty pupils set for Uganda
A group of 16-year-old pupils from Pontypridd High School are preparing to travel to Uganda to help build a hostel. They are learning construction skills thanks to a former caretaker-turned-teacher, whose 'construction club' proved very popular.
