Swansea will have the chance to welcome home their Capital One Cup final heroes with a bus parade through the city centre tomorrow
The club secured their first piece of major silverware in their centenary season with an emphatic 5-0 victory over League Two side Bradford at Wembley yesterday.
Man of the match Nathan Dyer (two), Jonathan de Guzman (two) and Michu got the goals to ensure Michael Laudrup's side will have European football to look forward to next season.
The parade will start at 4.30pm outside the Dragon Hotel, before weaving its way through the city to a civic reception at the Guildhall.
Rolling road closures will be in place so that routes can be reopened as soon as the parade passes through.

The council has confirmed a victory parade for the Swans will take place on Tuesday.
Swansea manager Michael Laudrup has spoken of his pride after seeing his side thrash Bradford 5-0 to win the Capital One Cup at Wembley.
Laudrup told Sky Sports 1: "I'm very proud of my team today. I think it was a great performance."
He also hailed the triumph as the best of his managerial career.
