Euro 2016 hero Hal Robson Kanu is being linked with a move to West Ham after attending their 2-1 defeat to Chelsea last night.

The free agent went from cult hero to international stardom this summer after his wonder-goal in the quarter finals of Euro 2016.

The striker has been without a club since leaving Reading at the end of last season but is thought to have attracted significant interest.

Cardiff City 0 - 2 West Ham (FT)

Cardiff City have given themselves a mountain to climb when they visit Upton Park on Monday in the second leg of the Championship semi final play-offs.

Despite a promising start City went down by two goals to nil in the first half. Both goals courtesy of Welsh International Jack Collison.

Cardiff failed to impress throughout and sloppy passing and poor defence means City have it all to do next week.

Final score at the Cardiff City Stadium:

  • Cardiff City 0 - 2 West Ham United
