Police in Neath Port Talbot are appealing for information about a man who has breached the conditions of his release from prison on licence, and now has to return.
Stephen Daniel James is 25 and from the Ystradgynlais area.
He is described as 5'10" tall, of slim build, with short black hair and green eyes.
The accident's been cleared on the A4068 between the A4067 / B4599 Gurnos Road (Ystradgynlais) and Pen-Y-Graig Road (Ystradowen).
A driver has been killed on the A4067 in Ystradgynlais. The incident happened at around 8am this morning. It involved just one car, and the driver was the only occupant. Their next of kin have been told. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
