It's day two of the Welsh Liberal Democrats conference in Cardiff. Yesterday Nick Clegg and Kirsty Williams met schoolchildren in the Welsh capital. In her speech to supporters, the Welsh Liberal Democrat leader said helping underprivileged children was a priority.
