Money owed to the Welsh NHS by foreign nationals NOT entitled to free treatment has more than doubled over three years. Welsh Conservatives say almost 200 thousand pounds of taxpayers' money is outstanding. The Welsh Government said it's looking at 'further measures' to recoup the money.
