Stephen Freye has appeared in Cardiff Crown Court accused of murdering a young father. The 22-year-old was arrested after Kyle Griffith was hit by a blue Fiat Cinquecento in James Street in Cardiff Bay.
Mr Freye, from Pentwyn, Cardiff, is charged with murder and causing death by dangerous driving. He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Newport Crown Court on April 20.
