Rhys Priestland has offered his sympathies to Warren Gatland, following his accident earlier this week.
"It's a nasty injury. It happened to one of my friends and he was in a bit of pain" he said.
Speaking at Scarlets press conference earlier today, Priestland said plans for Wales' forthcoming matches wouldn't be thrown off course.
"He's got a lot of coaches here all year round... I'm sure it won't affect preparations for the Welsh squad all that much" he said.
Warren Gatland will not travel to Australia for Wales' summer tour after he suffered an accident while at home in New Zealand.
