House prices fall back again, report says
House prices fell by an average of £1,710 in Wales in just two months between December and February, according to the latest LSL Property Services / Acadametrics House Price Index.
Their report shows peaks and troughs, but house prices are now lower than they were last March:
- March 2011 - £152,661
- June 2011 - £149,014
- October 2011 - £154,954
- December 2011 - £153,696
- February 2012 - £151,986
