Court of Appeal throws out application against Stradey Park plans

The Court of Appeal has thrown out the applicationfor a Judicial Review into the building of homes on the former rugby ground at Stradey Park.

The plans for 355 homes on the Llanelli site can now proceed, which developer Taylor Wimpey says will bring 'much needed construction jobs and housing'.

Campaigners against the scheme had argued that building further homes in the area would have an adverse impact on the environment.
