Lib Dems blast laws 'left on the shelf'

Welsh Liberal Democrats have accused Labour ministers of 'leaving to gather dust' a law on healthy eating which was passed unanimously by the Assembly two and a half years ago. The legislation to promote good nutrition in schools won Royal Assent in October 2009. Lib Dem Chief Whip Peter Black said,

Either the Labour Government is deliberately ignoring the will of the Welsh legislature or they are too lazy to implement what was passed in the Assembly 30 months ago.
