Liberal Democrat candidate Elizabeth Evans has won a landslide 91% of the vote to hold her seat in the Aberaeron ward, with 651 votes to her Plaid Cymru opponent's 62. Ceredigion Council is a target for Plaid Cymru, who narrowly missed out on a majority four years ago.
