South Wales Police is calling for information after the death of a 26-year-old man in Aberdare last night.
Nicky Hughes was found dead at his home in Maesmelyn by police at around 11pm.
The cause of death is being treated as 'unexplained'.
Detective Inspector Mark Lewis said "It would appear that Nicky was sighted at around 2.30am on the morning of Tuesday 8th May and was safe and well".
"From this point on it is unclear what his movements were or who he spoke to."
