A DNA sample may have to be checked to identify a man’s body found on a ledge on 3,000ft Cadair Idris, near Dolgellau. The discovery was made by a walker. The body was decomposed and in walking clothing.
An RAF Sea King helicopter based at Valley in Anglesey was used last night to fly the body to a mortuary at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
