The First Minister has told AMs that the Welsh Government will introduce a new law on the control of dangerous dogs. Carwyn Jones said there'll be a consultation in the autumn ahead of a bill next spring. It follows a campaign by Labour backbencher Julie Morgan who's welcomed the news on Twitter:
