Former Plaid leader says his party's a 'supporting cast' for Conservatives

Plaid Cymru's Lord Elis Thomas missed the no confidence vote. He was at a Bangor University degree ceremony but has been clear that he did not agree with his party. He's said it's becoming 'a supporting cast' for the Conservatives. All other AMs voted, except the Presiding Officer and her deputy.
