Tata Steel have pleaded guilty to charges of failing to ensure the health and safety of employees after the death of one its staff in Neath Port Talbot.
Kevin Downey, 49, died in an accident at the steelworks in 2006.
Mr Downey fell into a molten slag runner which had been left uncovered after cleaning and later died from his injuries.
Tata say that since his death they have taken measures to improve safety there.
