Weather warnings in force as torrential downpours forecast
Mid and West Wales Fire Service say they have already been alerted to 70 weather-related incidents since 8am this morning, predominantly in Narberth but also in Whitland.
They're now in Ystradynglais and Pontardawe, where they say some residential properties are being affected.
