Severn Bridge toll strike called off

A planned 24-hour strike by toll booth staff at both Severn Bridges this weekend has been suspended. The Unite union says it's taken the decision after a meeting with Severn River Crossing management today.

Unite and the company have reached agreement on a range of issues, including those that initiated the vote in favour of industrial action. Further meetings are planned to develop these details.
