When someone is diagnosed with cancer, it can be an incredibly worrying and stressful time and some patients may feel they have no-one to speak to.
But leading Welsh cancer charity Tenovus is trying to change that by introducing a specialised advice and support service.
Patients anywhere in Wales will be able to receive advice and support from two full-time qualified nurses seven days a week.
And the nurses will also contact patients directly after they've been diagnosed to check on them.
The service is designed to enhance the support the NHS already offers.
