The sister and brother-in-law of missing vet Catherine Gowing have met search teams involved in the operation to find her.
Emma Gowing and her husband Shay met Chief Inspector Dave Roome, the search coordinator and over 30 specialist search team officers from North Wales and Cheshire Police.
We had the opportunity to meet with some of the excellent search teams from North Wales and Cheshire who are searching for our Catherine. They are a group of determined individuals working hard to reunite us with Catherine. We are so grateful for their positive attitudes and commitment.
We have been so heartened by all the support received from the public including especially all those that have approached us personally and shared such kind words.
Knowing that the church in Buckley, Our Lady of the Rosary, held a prayer service this morning has helped re enforce our hope and strength.
Catherine Gowing has not been seen since October 12th, when she was seen on CCTV leaving Asda supermarket in Queensferry.
Police are also awaiting identification of further remains found on the banks of the River Dee in Chester on Friday.
