Prestatyn house fire: Woman denies charges
A woman accused of starting a fire which killed a woman and three children has appeared in court at Prestatyn. Melanie Smith faces four charges of murder, a charge of arson and threatening to commit arson. She denies all charges.
In a brief hearing she spoke only confirm her name and address and that she understood the proceedings. She will appear before Mold Crown Court on Wednesday morning.
