Caerwent archaeology project helps injured soldiers to recover

Wounded soldiers in Wales have been helping to excavate an ancient hill fort and uncover the secrets of the Iron Age.

Operation Nightingale is focused on encouraging wounded service personel to build new skills. The dig also brings together local volunteers at the site near Caerwent.
