A woman accused of killing a mother and three children in a house fire in Prestatyn has been charged with a fifth count of murder after another man died from his injuries.
42-year-old Melanie Smith is also charged with one count of arson with intent to endanger life and threats to commit criminal damage.
Lee-Anna Shiers, 20, her 15-month-old son Charlie, nephew Bailey Allen, four, and niece Skye, two died last month after a fire on October 19.
Ms Shiers's partner Liam Timbrell died earlier this month in hospital.
Ian Evans, of the Crown Prosecution Service, said following Mr Timbrell's death last week the CPS had authorised a further murder charge to be brought by police.
Ms Smith is due to appear at Caernarfon crown court on Friday.
