Gwent Police is appealing for information to find a convicted murderer who is being recalled to prison for breaching his licence conditions.
37-year-old Jason Soal was convicted at Cardiff Crown Court in 1992, but was released in 2004 on a life licence. Anyone who sees him is urged to contact Gwent Police.
