RSPCA welcomes dogs bill consultation
Dog owners in Wales could be forced to attend training classes if their pets are considered out of control.
It's just one of the proposals put forward by the Welsh Government who've launched a public consultation on their Control of Dogs Bill, which is aimed at encouraging more responsible god ownership.
Steve Carter, the RSPCA's National Director for Wales welcomes the Bill.
