An inquest has confirmed that a woman found dead in her home during the St Asaph floods had drowned.
Margaret Hughes died just days before her 92nd birthday.
The hearing took place as people from around St Asaph and beyond started working to ensure that the children of the city are given as much support as possible this Christmas.
