The Human Transplantation Bill for Wales has been laid before the National Assembly.
The introduction of the bill begins the formal process of its consideration by the Assembly legislation for a soft opt-out system of organ and tissue donation in Wales.
It coincides with the launch of a new campaign by the Welsh Government aimed at encouraging people to consider becoming organ donors.
