First Minister: 'I don't accept nurses are too busy to care'

First Minister Carwyn Jones has said he does not accept claims that many nurses are too busy to care properly for their patients. The claims were made by the Royal College of Nursing in Wales following remarks made by Cynon Valley Ann Clwyd about the treatment of her dying husband.
