It's a staggering fact but half a million people across Wales have some form of hearing loss. Many of them struggle to get the right sort of support.
Now though, a pioneering service has been launched with £500,000 of lottery funding to train a small army of volunteers to help. Ian Lang reports from Dolgellau.
