A food bank in Cardiff say they provided emergency help to a record number of people over Christmas.
The centre in Cathays fed more than six hundred people in December, an increase of 40% on the same time last year.
Overall in 2012, demand was up by 60%.
Organisers say all kinds of people are finding themselves facing hardship.
