It's been a very cold day with lying snow and the odd snow flurry. Tonight, any snow that melted during the day may refreeze overnight as temperatures drop to minus 4C in places. It may be colder still across snowfields.
There is a yellow warning in force for the eastern half of Wales to be aware of icy roads and pavements. A few snow flurries will blow around during the night.
Sunday will be very cold with the return of more snow flurries across the east of Wales. Many places will remain below freezing.
In some places the snow will turn a touch heavier later on in the day.
