Pembrokeshire bus safe after sliding off road

A schoolbus that slid off a road near Crymych is now safe, according to Pembrokeshire County Council.

Around 40 pupils from Ysgol y Preseli were travelling on the bus when the incident happened between Maenclochog and Mynachlogddu.

They were on their way home after their school closed early due to heavy snow at 12.45pm.

It is understood all escaped without injury.

Snow and flood threats

Wales is still trying to get back to normal, after a week of snow disruption. The Met Office has issued a yellow warning - meaning 'be aware' - for snow in the north east of the country. A yellow warning for flooding is in place in the south.
