Today's early sunshine was quickly replaced by cloud and that was just a precursor of the return of yet more rain.
Heavy rain pushes across the country overnight. The ground is saturated in many places thanks to last night's rain, any additional rain could lead to local flooding issues. A yellow warning will be in force overnight for central and southern Wales. mild night with lows of 4C., it'll be windy too.
Sunday will be bright and breezy with a few showers around. Those showers will become a touch heavier in to the afternoon in the south and west of Wales. Winds will make things feel rather chilly in spite of the sunny breaks. Highs of 6-8C.
The temperatures will continue to increase over the next few days with some winter sunshine around, but there will be two more bands of heavy rain expected too which, once again, could see flooding in parts of the country.
