Inquest into care home lift shaft death
An inquest has heard how a 96-year-old woman from Cardiff died after falling into a lift shaft at a care home.
May Lewis fell 20ft and died instantly. A carer also fell with Mrs Lewis at the Pontcanna House residential home.
The inquest in Cardiff continues.
