Report: Cardiff Council propose cuts

Three hundred jobs are being cut under plans from Cardiff Council to save money.

The authority is shutting a swimming pool and reducing library access as well as selling off an island to try to make the savings.

The council says it's essential to cut back. Our reporter Rob Osborne has more.
