Report: Cardiff to be site for new incinerator
Plans for a new incinerator in Cardiff have been announced. The plant will burn the waste that can't be re-cycled from across a large part of south east wales
Rubbish from Monmouth to Caerphilly and the Vale of Glamorgan could be brought to a site now being built on the eastern side of the city, as Nicola Hendy reports.
