After some rain around earlier, the end of the week is looking reasonably bright. The rest of the day should see some sunny spells around with a few showers from time to time, up on higher ground these may well be wintry in nature. It will feel chilly in spite of the brightness around.
Tonight we have a icy night in store with lows of around -2 so expect a widespread frost around. Most of the showers will die down but some coastal showers will continue, this will be mainly for Pembrokeshire and parts of Gwynedd and Anglesey.
Saturday will be nice and sunny, only a few odd showers around, but a chilly north/northwesterly breeze will make it feel rather cold.
