Assembly Members are warning that a hundred thousand people across Wales are facing a postcode lottery in the support they get for a wide range of neurological conditions such as Parkinson's.
They say most of the patients would benefit from physiotherapy and self managed exercise sessions, and raise concerns that many are not getting such services.
