South Wales Police Chief Inspector Eddie Ough, who is leading the search for Ben Thompson, says "there's nothing to indicate any criminality", it appears he walked away from the city centre "possibly in an intoxicated state... and that something unfortunate has occurred on that route."
He told our reporter Lynn Courtney the search is now concentrated on Lawrenny Avenue in Leckwith, after an unconfirmed sighting of someone matching Ben's description entering the road late on Saturday evening.
