Wintry showers, with settling snow over hills

Today: A cold start with icy stretches. Showers of hail, sleet and snow will blow through on the strong westerly wind, perhaps becoming quite frequent at times, and leading to some snow accumulations over the hills. Feeling very cold. Maximum Temperature 7 °C.

Tonight: Further showery outbreaks at times overnight, largely falling as rain or sleet, but with some hill snow. Drier, clearer spells in between. Still very windy. The risk of some ice. Minimum Temperature -1 °C.

Wednesday: Further outbreaks of rain, sleet and hill snow during the morning. Becoming drier and brighter through the afternoon. Feeling very cold in the biting northerly wind. Maximum Temperature 7 °C.
